AI photo search for your own photo library. Search, get suggestions matched to your post, and insert images with finished alt text.

== Description ==

Your best photos are useless if nobody can find them. Tagrly analyzes every photo in your Google Drive or Dropbox once, then this plugin makes the whole library searchable everywhere you place images in WordPress.

**Search your own photos like you search the web.** Type keywords for instant results, or describe the shot you want in plain English ("three friends laughing at a brunch table, morning light") and Tagrly AI reads the whole idea.

**Let it suggest the photos for a post.** The Suggest tab reads your title and everything you have written, then proposes matching photos with rewritten alt text, including a lead image. One click sets a suggested featured image.

**Everywhere you pick images:**

* The block editor sidebar (search, suggest, insert as blocks)
* The native media modal, including Featured Image and classic Add Media
* Empty image blocks (a Search Tagrly shortcut on the placeholder)
* A browse page under Media for finding photos outside an editing session

**Built for the long term:**

* Photos insert with finished, descriptive alt text (better accessibility and image SEO)
* Serve images from your Tagrly CDN with no duplicate files, or import compressed, web-optimized copies into the Media Library (your choice)
* Repeat protection: suggestions skip photos this site published recently
* Registers WordPress Abilities, so site AI agents can search and place photos too
* Your API key stays server-side; the browser never sees it

Requires a Tagrly account (free plan included) at [tagrly.com](https://tagrly.com). Connecting takes one click from the settings page.

== Installation ==

1. Install and activate the plugin.
2. Go to Settings, Tagrly and click Connect to Tagrly.
3. Approve the connection as a workspace owner or admin. Done: search your photos from any editor.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Does this search stock photos? =

No. It searches your own photo library, analyzed by Tagrly. That is the point: your real photos, finally findable.

= What does it cost? =

Searching by keywords is free and unlimited. AI features (describe-it search and suggestions) spend credits from your Tagrly plan's monthly allowance; every plan, including the free one, has an allowance.

= Where are images hosted? =

Your choice per site: served from your Tagrly CDN (no duplicate files), or imported into the Media Library as compressed, web-optimized copies with SEO filenames and alt text.
